As a trusted travel company, it is our goal to provide quality services that our customers can confidently recommend to others. Privacy Statement

At Himalayan Nomad Trek, we are committed to protecting your right to privacy. Any personally identifiable information, such as your name, home address, phone number, email address, or the name of your company or organization, will be kept confidential and will NOT be shared with any third party under any circumstances. We make every effort to ensure that your personal information remains secure.

Payments for bookings are processed through our bank and credit card merchant accounts. Himalayan Nomad Trek does NOT store any credit card details (credit card number, expiration date).

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and aggregate information regarding which pages visitors access or view. This information helps us improve the content and quality of our website.

Each time someone visits our website, a log file is generated, containing details such as the user’s IP address, the amount of time spent on the site, and the specific pages viewed. We use IP addresses to identify users when necessary for enforcing compliance with our terms and conditions, or to protect our services and users.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions before making your booking.

To reserve a tour with Himalayan Nomad Trek, kindly fill out the Booking Form and click the ‘Send’ button. You must have a valid email address, and any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. To confirm your trek or tour, a 20% deposit of the total cost must be made via Himalayan Bank, which is our partner bank. Once the deposit is made, we will send you a receipt of payment within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

The balance payment is due on your arrival in Kathmandu.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of adventure holidays and confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of undertaking the selected trip.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour with Himalayan Nomad Trek, the following cancellation charges apply, calculated per person based on your arrival date in Nepal:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Only the deposit amount will be retained.
  • 30 days before departure: 25% of the total cost will be retained.
  • 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be retained.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Important Notes:

  • All payments must be made in US dollars (cash or traveler’s check), and full payment must be completed before the start of your program.
  • If the departure of your trek is delayed due to circumstances outside the control of Himalayan Nomad Trek (e.g., flight cancellation, weather conditions, illness), the additional charges must be borne by the clients themselves.
  • If your trek is extended beyond the original end date, extra days will be charged in full.
  • There is no refund for any trip cut short due to reasons beyond the control of Himalayan Nomad Trek, or at the client’s request, including sickness.
