Day 8: Trek from Samdo to Dharmasala (4,460 m / 14,633 ft)
Continue your journey with a steady 4 to 5-hour trek toward Dharmasala, also known as Larke Phedi, the final stop before crossing the legendary Larke Pass. The trail climbs gradually through rugged alpine terrain with magnificent views of snow-covered peaks and glacial valleys. Upon arrival, rest early and prepare for the challenging pass crossing the following morning.
Day 9: Trek from Dharmasala via Larke Pass (5,106 m / 16,752 ft) to Bimthang (3,590 m / 11,778 ft)
This is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. Begin before sunrise for an exhilarating 8 to 9-hour trek to Larke Pass, the highest point of the Manaslu Circuit. From the summit, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, Annapurna II, and the surrounding Himalayan range. After celebrating your achievement, descend through glacial valleys and alpine meadows to the beautiful village of Bimthang.
Day 10: Trek from Bimthang to Goa (2,500 m / 8,202 ft)
Today's 6-hour descent takes you through rhododendron forests, pine woodlands, and picturesque mountain landscapes. Cross crystal-clear streams and charming villages while enjoying changing scenery as you leave the high alpine environment behind. Arrive at Goa, a peaceful settlement offering comfortable teahouses and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
Day 11: Trek from Goa to Tilche, Drive to Besisahar (760 m / 2,493 ft), and Continue to Kathmandu or Pokhara
On your final day, enjoy a pleasant 1.5-hour trek from Goa to Tilche through traditional villages and terraced farmland. From Tilche, begin a scenic 5-hour drive to Besisahar before continuing onward to Kathmandu or Pokhara. As your incredible Manaslu Circuit Trek comes to an end, reflect on unforgettable experiences, breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, and the rich cultural heritage encountered throughout the journey.
