You’ll traverse the rugged high-altitude terrain of the Khumbu Valley, moving steadily from verdant lower slopes into the stark beauty above 5,000 m. Each day’s trek averages 5–7 hours, allowing ample time for acclimatization and reflection.

Fly Kathmandu → Lukla (2,860 m), trek to Phakding (2,610 m) • 3–4 hrs
Day 2
Phakding → Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) • 5–6 hrs
Day 3
Acclimatize: hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880 m) & Khumjung • 4–5 hrs
Day 4
Namche Bazaar → Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m) → back to Namche • 5–6 hrs

Namche → Dingboche (4,410 m) • 5–6 hrs
Day 6
Acclimatization at Dingboche: optional Nagarjun hike • 4 hrs

Dingboche → Lobuche (4,940 m) • 5 hrs

Lobuche → Gorak Shep (5,140 m) → Everest Base Camp → back to Gorak Shep • 7–8 hrs

Sunrise hike to Kala Patthar → descend to Pheriche (4,240 m) • 6–7 hrs

Namche → Lukla via Phakding • 6–7 hrs

Fly Lukla → Kathmandu → transfer to your Pokhara hotel • 25 min flight + 25 min drive
