Starting from the picturesque city of Pokhara, the trek gradually ascends through terraced farmlands, villages, and stone stairways, offering panoramic views of Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre.

Itinerary

Day 1: Drive Pokhara → Nayapul; trek to Ulleri (2,070 m) – 4 hrs
After a short drive to Nayapul, the trek begins along terraced fields and forested trails. The climb to Ulleri is famous for its stone staircases and beautiful valley views. Overnight stay at Ulleri allows you to enjoy the peaceful mountain ambiance.
Day 2: Ulleri → Ghorepani (2,880 m) – 4 hrs
The trail ascends gradually through rhododendron and oak forests. As you reach Ghorepani, sweeping views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges unfold. Ghorepani is a scenic hilltop village ideal for relaxation and acclimatization.
Day 3: Poon Hill sunrise → Ghandruk (1,950 m) – 5 hrs
Wake up early for the iconic sunrise at Poon Hill. Watch the Himalayan peaks bathed in golden light. After breakfast, descend toward the traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk, famous for its stone houses and cultural charm.
Day 4: Ghandruk → Tikhedhunga → Pokhara via Nayapul – 6 hrs
The final day descends through terraced fields and forest trails to Tikhedhunga and then Nayapul. From Nayapul, a short drive returns you to Pokhara, completing a scenic and culturally rich trek.
